its really disgusting and unfortunate to say that after paying the bill before the due date( wifi post paid)also not reflecting in ideas account and getting warning messages thru mail and sms,even last we updated the same to Idea still its coming like that and we called all the relevent numbers to solve the issue but still its vent on vain.result is that weare going to cancell the connection today
Imade the pay ment thru online on 12th and the money already transferd to Idea account ,there is no system to identify what is happening??????? really sad for such a big company
